Work Environment

This role is entirely remote, allowing for flexibility while maintaining productivity. You will work within a collaborative telehealth framework, using sophisticated electronic health record (EHR) systems to document patient progress and maintain communication with your colleagues. Despite the remote nature of the position, you will feel the camaraderie of a close-knit team committed to providing exceptional patient care. Our working hours are primarily Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility required to accommodate patient needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough mental health assessments to determine patients' specific needs and create individualized treatment plans tailored to their unique circumstances.
  • Deliver a range of therapeutic interventions including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy for individuals, couples, and families.
  • Facilitate psychoeducational groups to empower patients with knowledge and coping strategies while fostering a sense of community.
  • Collaborate with psychiatric professionals and other team members to ensure an integrated approach to patient care, addressing all aspects of mental health.
  • Provide crisis intervention and support for patients experiencing acute mental health emergencies.
