Inner Resolve Wellness is seeking a full-time Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to join our committed team of mental health professionals. • Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities to promote positive behavioral change and emotional well-being.
• Provide crisis intervention and support for clients experiencing acute mental health issues, utilizing immediate assessment tools and intervention strategies.
• Perform thorough diagnostic assessments to inform individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.
• Document and track client progress through meticulous case materials and program forms, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Maintain timely communication with clients, providing them with updates and support via digital platforms.
• Regularly participate in supervision and continuing education, enhancing your skills and contributions to the team.

You will work primarily with clients seeking support for a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and trauma. Our clientele includes individuals, couples, and families from diverse backgrounds, requiring a culturally competent approach to therapy. You will build rapport and trust, creating a safe space for clients to share their experiences and goals.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California.
• A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in providing therapy services, with demonstrated capability in both individual and family therapy settings.
• Proficiency in various therapeutic modalities, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on clarity and empathy.

• Experience working in remote therapy environments and familiarity with telehealth platforms.
• Skills in using technology to enhance therapeutic outcomes and client engagement.
• Previous involvement in multidisciplinary teams in clinical settings, demonstrating effective collaboration.

The annual salary for this position ranges from $120,000 to $130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
