• Conduct individual mental health counseling sessions through secure video conferencing platforms, ensuring a compassionate and ethical approach in all interactions.
• Utilize evidence-based solution-focused treatment modalities to guide therapeutic practices tailored to each client’s unique needs.
• Develop comprehensive and individualized treatment plans, assessing clients' progress regularly to adjust interventions as necessary.
• Facilitate meaningful conversations that encourage clients to gain insights into their thoughts, emotions, and interpersonal relationships, thereby improving their quality of life.
• Guide clients in establishing healthy coping mechanisms and monitor their evolution throughout the therapeutic process.

Your primary focus will be on working with stable, low-acuity adults who present with a spectrum of mental health concerns. Understanding the diverse backgrounds and experiences of your clients will enhance your ability to create personalized therapeutic strategies aimed at promoting resilience and well-being.

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is essential.
• You must hold a full, unrestricted license to practice as a therapist, which can include:
• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• No provisional licenses or disciplinary actions are acceptable.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills characterized by empathy and a supportive attitude.
• Proficient in using technology for remote counseling, including video conferencing tools.

While not required, experience in a telehealth setting or familiarity with solution-focused therapeutic modalities will be considered advantageous. Having a background that involves working with diverse populations can also enrich your practice and benefit our clients.

White Way Mental and Wellness Center offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 104,000 per year, based on your working hours and experience. Additionally, we provide a sign-on bonus to welcome you to our team!
