Key Responsibilities

• Conduct weekly evidence-based therapy sessions with adult clients through live video consultations, ensuring that each session is tailored to meet the individual needs of the patient.
• Collaborate with our psychiatric providers as well as fellow therapists to ensure a comprehensive approach to client treatment, sharing insights and strategies to enhance therapeutic effectiveness.
• Utilize automated symptom self-assessments and functional improvement metrics to regularly evaluate and adjust treatment plans based on client progress.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation through our user-friendly therapist portal, which offers various digital tools for streamlined record-keeping and reporting.
• Engage in regular supervision and consultation with the Therapy Leadership Team to enhance clinical skills and treatment strategies, ensuring continued professional development.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be working with individual adults experiencing a diverse set of mental health challenges. This may include anxiety, depression, trauma, and other conditions affecting their emotional and psychological well-being. Your role not only involves delivering evidence-based interventions but also understanding the unique backgrounds and experiences of cultural diversity in our client population.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Professional Counseling from an accredited institution.
• An active Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) license in the state of California.
• Demonstrated ability to provide cognitive-behavioral therapy and other evidence-based interventions effectively with a commitment to ongoing professional development.

Preferred Experience

• At least 3 years of current experience in clinical settings, especially in providing therapy to adults facing a range of mental health disorders.
• Proficiency in utilizing technology in clinical practice, demonstrating an aptitude for integrating digital solutions into therapy.
• Experience working with higher-risk populations and/or adolescents, showcasing adaptability and sensitivity in various clinical scenarios.
• Exemplary skills in empathy, patience, and cultural sensitivity, ensuring positive connections with clients from all walks of life.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging between USD 120,000 and 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our benefits package includes:
