Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive assessments to understand clients' mental health conditions and develop tailored treatment plans that align with their specific needs.
• Employ evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other relevant techniques, to provide effective treatment through virtual channels.
• Collaborate with clients to define therapeutic goals, adapting therapeutic interventions as necessary to ensure the highest level of personalized care.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of each session, tracking client progress to facilitate ongoing improvement in their mental health journey.
• Engage with peers through regular supervision sessions, sharing insights and strategies to enhance the quality of care provided.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse range of clients facing various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. This role involves understanding the nuances of different backgrounds, identities, and life experiences, allowing you to offer culturally competent care that respects your clients' unique narratives.

Qualifications

• Current and valid clinical license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, while a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy is preferred.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster a strong therapeutic alliance with clients in a virtual setting.
• Ability to demonstrate empathy and understanding of clients' challenges, putting their needs at the forefront of all therapeutic engagements.
• Proficient organizational skills for managing documentation and accountability in a fully remote work environment.

Preferred Experience

• Experience utilizing teletherapy platforms and digital tools to deliver care effectively.
• Prior experience in community mental health settings or similar environments is advantageous.
• A background in culturally competent practice and understanding the dynamics of varied client populations.
