  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes to adhere to ethical and legal standards within the mental health field.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance clinical skills, keep abreast of emerging trends in mental health, and integrate new techniques into practice.

  • A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in establishing trusting therapeutic relationships through excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Exhibit empathy, compassion, and a nonjudgmental attitude towards diverse client experiences and narratives.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle a varied caseload and related administrative tasks efficiently.
Preferred Experience

While a minimum of one year of experience as a licensed therapist is required, candidates with previous experience in trauma-informed care, addiction treatment, or group therapy settings are strongly encouraged to apply.

Compensation and Benefits
  • Competitive annual salary ranging from $70,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
  • A comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement plans, and generous paid time off to promote a healthy work-life balance.
  • Opportunity to participate in specialized training programs focused on addiction treatment, enhancing professional expertise.
  • Access to ongoing mentorship and support from experienced professionals in a collaborative environment.
  • The chance to make a significant impact on clients’ lives, aiding them in their recovery journey and fostering long-term emotional wellness.
