As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), you will take on a diverse range of responsibilities, including:

• Conducting detailed assessments and implementing targeted intervention strategies for students experiencing emotional and behavioral challenges.

• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of clinical notes and progress reports following departmental policies and best practices.

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Social Work and Counseling from an accredited program.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Washington.
• At least 2 years of post-graduate social work experience, ideally within school settings or with children and adolescents.
• Proficiency in utilizing electronic medical records, with strong computer skills in word processing, email communication, and spreadsheet management.
