• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations for clients, utilizing interviews, case histories, and observational techniques to identify their unique challenges.

• Provide direct therapy and counseling services to a diverse caseload, ensuring timely documentation of treatment progress in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Review and maintain accurate client files and documentation to ensure all assessments and treatment forms are updated and compliant with clinical guidelines.
• Facilitate training sessions on best practices and assessment protocols, enhancing team skills in alignment with health plan regulations and organizational standards.

• Possession of a Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• Strong background in case management and foundational knowledge of social service systems.
