Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health needs by utilizing interviews, case history analysis, and observational techniques to develop effective treatment and discharge plans.
• Provide individual and collateral therapy sessions tailored to the unique needs of clients, ensuring an empathetic approach that fosters trust and openness.
• Maintain an active caseload, balancing ongoing responsibilities while preparing for upcoming sessions and ensuring timely follow-ups.
• Review and verify client case files for accuracy and completeness, ensuring that all required documentation meets internal and external standards and aligns with current clinical procedures.
• Utilize appropriate assessment protocols, training fellow team members on best practices and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and health plan requirements.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
