• Offer timely crisis intervention for clients facing acute mental health emergencies, including appropriate de-escalation techniques and safety planning.

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Great Bliss Behavioral Health Center, you will work with a diverse clientele representing various backgrounds and experiences. Your focus will include supporting individuals, couples, families, and groups facing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. • Licensed as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW) in the state of Washington.
• Possession of a Master's or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a closely related field.

• A minimum of two years of relevant work experience in the mental health field, showcasing your background in therapeutic practices.

The compensation package for this role includes a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience.
