As a remote position, you will leverage telehealth technology to connect with clients from the comfort of your home or preferred workspace. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including case managers and psychiatrists, fostering an environment of continuous learning and support.

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health needs and collaboratively develop tailored treatment plans that reflect their unique circumstances and goals.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy utilizing a range of evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure clients receive coordinated and holistic care that addresses their comprehensive needs.
• Offer immediate crisis intervention and support during acute distress, utilizing your training to effectively manage emergency situations while ensuring client safety.
• Engage in proactive community outreach and educational initiatives aimed at raising mental health awareness and reducing stigma associated with mental illness.

You will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals from various cultural, ethnic, and socioeconomic backgrounds. • An active and independent license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required; a master's or doctoral degree in social work, marriage and family therapy, mental health counseling, or psychology is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster strong, trusting relationships with clients.
• Ability to demonstrate cultural sensitivity and competence when working with diverse populations.
• Strong organizational skills to maintain accurate client records and manage caseloads efficiently.

• At least 2 years of professional experience in a mental health counseling setting.
• Experience in telehealth service provision is a plus, as it aligns with our remote work model.
