This role primarily operates in a remote setting, complemented by occasional visits to our outpatient office in Yakima when necessary. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Managing an active caseload of clients, building rapport and maintaining professional boundaries while adhering to ethical guidelines.
• Conducting thorough intake assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and diagnose conditions.
• Developing, executing, and regularly monitoring individualized, person-centered treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique circumstances.
• Meeting with clients consistently to assess their progress, address any challenges, and discuss upcoming appointments and potential discharge plans.
• Documenting all client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with regulatory guidelines.
• Engaging in individual supervision sessions to enhance clinical skills, receive feedback, and cultivate professional development.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care for clients, addressing both immediate and ongoing mental health needs.

The clients served at Harmony Reach Services include a diverse range of individuals and families facing various mental health challenges. We provide service to adults, adolescents, and children, empowering them to work through difficulties such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational issues. Your role as an LPC will be crucial in creating a safe space for these clients, facilitating their healing journeys, and improving their overall well-being.

• A Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a related field.
• A current, unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential.
• A minimum of one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting.
• Proficiency in using electronic systems such as RMS, and familiarity with tools like Excel and Outlook for clinical documentation and communication.
• Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families with a focus on fostering positive outcomes.
• Comfort and competence in conducting intake assessments.

While we require a minimum of one year of experience, candidates with more extensive backgrounds in various therapeutic modalities, crisis intervention, and team collaboration will be seen as favorable. Familiarity with evidence-based practices and a history of successful client outcomes will enhance your application.
