• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health, emotional well-being, and specific challenges.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans designed to meet the unique needs of each client, adjusting strategies based on progress and feedback.
• Provide evidence-based therapy including individual, family, and group sessions, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders.
• Engage in crisis intervention, offering immediate support and resources to clients during urgent situations.
• Maintain thorough and confidential client records in compliance with all ethical and legal standards, utilizing appropriate digital tools.
• Collaborate regularly with a interdisciplinary team to coordinate care and improve treatment outcomes, contributing to case discussions and team meetings.
• Stay informed about current practices in mental health treatment, participating actively in training sessions, workshops, and supervision.
• Adhere strictly to ethical guidelines and standards established by relevant licensing boards.

Our clinicians serve a wide range of clients, including individuals experiencing severe mood disorders, anxiety disorders, and those involved within the county jail system facing various mental health challenges. Your expertise will assist those with complex needs such as psychosis, agitation, substance abuse, and potential self-harm, fostering a safe and nurturing environment aimed at recovery and rehabilitation.

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related mental health field.
• Current state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW) is mandatory.
• Proven clinical assessment and diagnostic skills with the capability to develop effective treatment plans.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Empathy and compassion are crucial, alongside a deep dedication to enhancing client well-being.
