Job Summary
We are seeking an Adobe InDesign Specialist for a full-time Forms Management Specialist opportunity in Portland, OR. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented creative production professional who enjoys working with business-critical documents, forms, PDFs, and structured design workflows.
You will support a collaborative forms management team within a stable insurance industry environment, updating and maintaining important documents used across the business. This is a strong opportunity for someone who values accuracy, organized processes, supportive leadership, and meaningful work that directly impacts customers and internal teams.
The ideal candidate has hands-on Adobe InDesign experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple document updates in a deadline-driven production setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Update, revise, and maintain forms and business documents using Adobe InDesign.
- Create, edit, and maintain fillable PDF forms for internal and customer-facing use.
- Review proofs for accuracy, formatting, consistency, and overall quality.
- Coordinate with customers, team members, and production partners to support project completion.
- Manage workflow priorities, deadlines, and document production schedules.
- Ensure completed projects meet established quality standards and business requirements.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay: $24.00 per hour.
- Location: Portland, OR.
- Work arrangement: Remote/on-site.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Hours: Full-time.
