In this dynamic role, you will play a vital part in ensuring that translated content is seamlessly integrated into existing book and chapter files, upholding the highest standards of quality and consistency for printed materials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reassemble and reflow translated content within Adobe InDesign book and chapter files, ensuring a flawless layout.

  • Maintain uniform formatting, styles, page numbering, and document structure across multiple files for a cohesive look.

  • Package InDesign documents—including fonts and linked assets—for printing and distribution, ensuring all components are complete.

  • Review translated manuals for layout issues such as text overflow, formatting inconsistencies, missing links, and pagination errors.

  • Update tables of contents, indexes, and document references as needed to ensure accuracy.

  • Organize and manage document versions, file naming conventions, and project assets to streamline workflows.

  • Support the document production process and assist with various project-related tasks.

  • Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and adhere to formatting guidelines.
