As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will be responsible for the following:

• Providing individual therapy to adult clients utilizing a variety of evidence-based and solution-focused therapeutic approaches.

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster strong therapeutic relationships.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle a full caseload effectively.

While not mandatory, we value specialized experience in areas such as trauma-informed care, CBT, DBT, or other therapeutic modalities. Familiarity with teletherapy tools and platforms is advantageous for optimizing client interactions.
