Position Overview

Alpha Echo Psychotherapy LLC is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW) to join our dynamic team. This full-time remote position allows you to make a profound difference in the lives of individuals while enjoying a flexible work-life balance. In this role, you will focus on providing therapeutic care to clients through personalized treatment plans that promote psychological well-being and resilience.

About the Organization

At Alpha Echo Psychotherapy LLC, our mission is to enrich lives through exceptional mental health services. We pride ourselves on offering a high-end, boutique counseling experience that fosters personal and professional growth for our therapists. Located in Bremerton, Washington, we believe in creating an exceptional workplace that ensures our therapists can dedicate their time and expertise to what they do best—therapeutic work—without the burdens of case management and extensive paperwork. Our supportive administrative team handles marketing and business needs, allowing our therapists to fully engage in the therapeutic process.

Work Environment

This remote position leverages telehealth technologies to connect therapists with clients in a comfortable and accessible manner. You will be able to choose your own hours, working Monday through Friday, making this an ideal opportunity for those who seek flexibility in their professional lives. This setting not only ensures the safety and comfort of both clients and therapists but also allows for diverse client interactions from the convenience of your own workspace.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and evaluations to understand clients' mental health status and needs.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans tailored to the specific goals and requirements of each client, adapting approaches as necessary.
  • Provide one-on-one therapy using evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and solution-focused techniques.
  • Utilize teletherapy platforms to facilitate virtual therapy sessions and crisis intervention services, ensuring that clients receive timely support.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development to remain updated with the latest best practices in mental health care and contribute to our collective knowledge base.
Patient Population / Client Focus

As a member of our team, you will work with a diverse adult client population facing various mental health challenges. Your role will be to guide them through difficulties like anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues, empowering them to achieve their mental health goals and improve their quality of life. Our clients appreciate the personalized care and advocacy we offer, making your therapeutic contribution vital to their healing journey.

Qualifications
  • A valid and current Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
  • A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to foster a trusting therapeutic environment.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to balance caseload and scheduled sessions effectively.
Preferred Experience

Experience within a community health clinic setting and familiarity with teletherapy practices is preferred, as is a demonstrated commitment to advancing mental health equity. Familiarity with documentation and compliance standards within a telehealth framework will enhance your effectiveness in this role.

Compensation and Benefits

Alpha Echo Psychotherapy LLC offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 annually, depending on your caseload and experience. In addition to a robust salary, you will receive comprehensive health benefits, including dental and vision coverage, therapist liability insurance, and a retirement savings plan with a company match. We understand the importance of a healthy work-life balance, hence we offer flexible scheduling options and the potential for part-time positions as well.

Career Growth Opportunities

We are committed to the growth of our therapists. Alpha Echo Psychotherapy LLC encourages participation in professional development through workshops, certifications, and conferences. You will find opportunities to expand your clinical expertise while growing your own client base with unlimited referrals. As our organization grows, so do the potential for leadership roles and specialized positions within our team.
