Job Summary:
QTS Data Centers is seeking a Director, Enterprise Integrations to lead the vision for their key platforms within the Enterprise Integration space. This role involves managing teams to optimize application usage and business processes, while collaborating with business leaders to set and execute strategies.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Platform Functional Roadmaps โ€“ Completion and maintenance of functional roadmaps through collaboration with business leaders and functional leaders, review of vendor release and roadmap materials.
โ€ข Application & Business Process Enhancements โ€“ Scoping, planning, and execution of approved application enhancement projects, and requests for configuration changes.
โ€ข System Availability, Confidentiality, and Security Standards - Development and implementation of EI Platform specific system support specifications and procedures in accordance with QTS Security and Data Governance standards.
โ€ข User Support - Managing the completion of Tier 2 and Tier 3 escalated support cases for EI Platforms.
โ€ข Leading Consultant Services โ€“ Proactively working with business leaders to continuously improve processes, increase automation and efficiently using our technology to allow for seamless scaling of the business.
Qualifications:
Required:
โ€ข Bachelorโ€™s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration or equivalent professional experience
โ€ข Ten or more years of progressive IT experience, preferably in Information Systems-focused roles
โ€ข Five or more years of experience with Enterprise Integrations systems
โ€ข Two or more years of people management experience, including cross-functional and third-party providers.
โ€ข Experienced in Information Technology project management methodologies, has successfully completed a variety of Information Technology enhancement projects utilizing different project delivery models.
Preferred:
โ€ข Prior experience working in the data center industry
โ€ข Experience leading teams supporting Enterprise Integrations Platforms (Mulesoft, Boomi, etc.)
โ€ข Experience leading teams working in Agile development framework.
โ€ข Experience leading teams with Palantir or ontology based platforms
