Job Overview


We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. This role is essential in ensuring a welcoming atmosphere while managing various administrative tasks efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent customer service abilities, and a knack for multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answer phone calls, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel while maintaining excellent phone etiquette.
  • Manage scheduling and calendar management for appointments and meetings.
  • Maintain accurate filing systems for both physical and electronic documents.
  • Perform clerical duties such as data entry, proofreading documents, and managing correspondence.
  • Process billings, invoices, and other general office support duties as required.
  • Ensure the front desk area is always organized and presentable.
  • Assist with basic administrative tasks as needed to support office operations.
