Your role will be pivotal in supporting our attorneys and paralegals by ensuring all legal documents are precise and polished. You'll manage office correspondence, coordinate meetings, and keep our legal team on track with upcoming deadlines.

Your meticulous eye for detail will contribute to preparing impeccable legal documents and contracts, reinforcing the efficient operation of our firm. Compensation:

$21 - $35 hourly


Responsibilities:
  • Schedule meetings and appointments for the team, such as depositions, make travel arrangements, and coordinate with outside vendors for events
  • Ensure client billing is processed properly using daily time records with assistance from the accounting department
  • Manage office correspondence and administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, communicating with opposing attorney offices, taking dictation, responding to emails, and reminding the team of upcoming deadlines
  • Lead and inspire a team of customer success professionals to deliver exceptional service and support.

  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
