What You'll Do as a Senior Traffic Project Manager
  • Successfully lead mid-to-large-scale transportation projects from initial setup through planning, safety analysis, and project kick-off.
  • Manage project budgets, scope, schedule, and staffing to ensure successful and timely project delivery.
  • Lead design strategy and collaborate with teams, clients, partners, and stakeholders to align with client goals and ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Oversee project billing, client updates, QA/QC of deliverables, and project closeout.
  • Provide clear direction, motivation, and mentorship to team members.
  • Prepare winning project proposals and serve as primary client contact throughout the process.
  • Support new business development efforts in collaboration with the Client Services team by delivering exceptional service, promoting Fisher's capabilities, and building lasting client relationships.
  • Successfully navigate and implement complex public processes and municipal approvals.
  • Represent Fisher Associates in professional organizations, business boards, and community activities.

Requirements
What You Bring, Your Expertise as a Senior Traffic Project Manager
  • B.S. degree in Civil Engineering (Master's preferred)
  • 10+ years in civil transportation engineering, including project management of DOT-funded highway, bridge or traffic projects
  • Professional Engineering License (PE) preferred or ability to obtain it
  • Demonstrated success in developing trusted, long-term client relationships
  • Proficiency in MS Office; MicroStation preferred
  • Familiarity with PennDOT design standards preferred
  • Dedicated to fostering trusting relationships through collaboration, integrity, respect, and active listening
  • Deliver high-quality work using critical thinking, sound judgment, and exceptional organizational skills.

Salary Range: $120,000-$155,000
