This role blends creative vision with execution to ensure the team delivers creative that is strong, consistent, and resonates with professional and hobbyist woodworkers alike.ResponsibilitiesThe responsibilities of the Art Director include, but are not limited to:Creative Strategy & Direction – Help to establish the creative direction for all brand and campaign initiatives.Leadership – Lead, review, and provide constructive feedback on design work from the internal team and external partners. Stay current on best practices and trends to ensure the brand continues to evolve and stay current.Collaboration – Partner closely with other members of the team to execute cohesive campaigns.Concepting – Create content and campaigns that tell the story of our brand and products in a compelling way that resonate with our target audience.Execution – Ensure consistency and quality for all materials developed across all channels and touchpoints including digital, print, video, retail, and events. Manage priorities and workflows for multiple projects to ensure work is delivered on schedule.Brand Stewardship – Own brand guidelines, design frameworks, and their documentation.
