Job description

Overview

Lutron is seeking a data driven Sales Intelligence Analyst to join our Sales Information Action Center (SIAC) team located at our Global Headquarters in Coopersburg, PA. In this role, you will employ your technical and analytical skills to support the growth of our business.


You will be responsible for partnering with sales leadership, data engineers, and the business unit to develop our business intelligence platform and provide meaningful insights and analyses on our sales performance and leading indicators. You will use your excellent Lutron systems skills and strong curiosity to learn the business


Responsibilities
  • Develop data products to be used by our sales team, rep agencies, the forecasting team and our business unit
  • Monitor and maintain the accuracy of the Distribution sales pipeline
  • Create ad hoc reports to provide insight to the global sales organization
  • Work with internal stakeholders to build a long-term plan for our BI platform development
  • Coordinate with data engineering to ensure data accuracy and completeness in the BI platform.
  • Drive development projects to support the needs of the various global sales organizations
  • Support corporate initiatives by evaluating sales projections and leading indicators and present insights to sales leadership
  • Utilize your abilities to multi-task and operate in a fast-paced environment by providing the sales team with ad hoc analysis requests quickly and efficiently

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required, preferred areas of study in Business or Accounting
  • Minimum 3 years' work experience required, experience in business or sales analytics preferred
  • Experience using Business Intelligence tools (Salesforce CRMA, IBM Cognos, Microsoft PowerBI, Tableau, etc) preferred
  • Proven skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Must live within commutable distance to Coopersburg PA to accommodate in-office schedule
