Job Title: Entry-Level Pharmaceutical Sales Representative
Location: Hybrid - Chattanooga, TN


About the Role
Bioliance Life Science Partners has an immediate need for a few motivated and enthusiastic Hybrid Entry-Level Sales Representatives to join our dynamic team. This is a Hybrid role that could lead to a full-time field-based role contingent on performance. The ideal candidate will have prior sales or hospitality experience. You will focus on creating product awareness with healthcare professionals (HCPs) for a new product launch. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to grow your career in pharmaceutical sales with a supportive and collaborative team.


Responsibilities

  • Sales Execution: Compliantly deliver information regarding the launch of a new product on behalf of our client.
    • Deliver: a minimum of 50 contacts (calls) per day to identified HCPs.
    • Document: all calls to be entered into Bioliance Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform.
    • Account Management: Manage relationships with Healthcare Professionals within the Bioliance CRM tool.
  • Product Knowledge: Learn and effectively communicate product features, benefits, and competitive differentiators to potential customers.
  • Customer Support: Address inquiries and provide exceptional service to support long-term customer partnerships.
  • Team Collaboration: Participate in weekly team calls to share insights and contribute to overall team success.
  • Hybrid: You will be expected to be in the corporate office a couple of days a week.

Qualifications

  • Experience: A background in sales, customer service or hospitality preferred, with a track record of performance. No pharmaceutical sales experience required.
  • Education: A 4-year bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Science or a related field.
  • Self-Motivated: Demonstrated ability to perform duties in a virtual environment with minimal direct supervision.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills with a persuasive edge.
  • Organization: Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Technology: Familiarity with CRM tools and basic proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Location: Hybrid - home and office based.
