Job Summary

We are seeking a driven and knowledgeable Pharmaceutical Sales Representative specializing in neurology and urology to join our growing team. This is a field-based, outside sales role focused on building strong relationships with hospitals, physicians, and healthcare providers. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in pharmaceutical sales and a deep understanding of neurological and urological products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve territory sales targets within neurology and urology segments
  • Conduct outside sales visits to hospitals, clinics, and specialty practices
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with neurologists, urologists, hospital staff, and key decision-makers
  • Educate healthcare professionals on product benefits, clinical data, and proper usage
  • Identify new business opportunities within hospital systems and specialty networks
  • Deliver compelling product presentations and in-service trainings
  • Stay current on industry trends, competitor products, and relevant clinical research
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and territory performance
