Pediatric Home Service is a leader in home health care, we are committed to taking care of the child! PHS has been committed to providing state-of-the-art home medical equipment, supplies, clinical respiratory care and enteral nutrition services since 1987. We are seeking a full time, experienced sales professional who will play a key role in the providing outreach for RT/DME, Nutrition, and Infusion service lines.   • Position: PPEC Healthcare Sales Representative
  • Location: located between Philadelphia and Coatesville, PA, with the ad centered around the King of Prussia/Main Line area
  • Hours: Monday-Friday, 8a-5p
    • Must be willing to travel
  • Preferred qualifications: RN/LPN

POSITION DETAILS
The purpose of the Outreach Representative is to promote the products, services, and expertise of Pediatric Health Choice (Medical Day Centers) and Pediatric Home Care Services (where applicable) to hospitals, clinics, healthcare professionals (HCPs) and others in the marketplace with a goal of driving long-term revenue growth.
  • Develops strong business relationships with referral sources at hospitals and clinics to promote our services for medically complex children.
  • Understand and embody our core mission principles of patient focus, teamwork, continual improvement, enhanced communication, advanced technology and providing exceptional care to our pediatric patients visiting our medical day centers.
  • Represents PHC and PHS at conferences, galas, and other events to promote and grow product and service offerings.
  • Generates and implements defined strategies to grow product and service offerings in assigned market(s).
  • Identifies and seeks out new potential referral relationships using knowledge of the market and changes in providers and other healthcare professionals.
  • Maintains an awareness of emerging needs and trends in the healthcare community and PHS patient population, advising management and facilitating development of new services, products and/or solutions.
  • Compiles, maintains, analyzes and presents market research, sales-related data and patient demographics to measure and forecast personal and company growth and performance.
  • Collaborate with Marketing team to develop and execute outreach goals, utilize established marketing and promotional materials with service line messaging to grow referral and patient admissions to PHC and PHS.
  • Lead tours and gives presentations to health care professionals for them to better understand the patient population.
  • Assist with patient documentation as needed.

REQUIREMENTS
  • An entrepreneurial mentality, you'll need to be motivated to ensure success!
  • Prefer at least 3-5 years of experience in health care services sales, preferably in the Home Care respiratory, DME, PPEC or enteral nutrition, or infusion industries.
  • A sound understanding of outreach in the medical sales field, preferably in the home health industry, including regulatory requirements.
  • Established relationships among the health care community, and an eagerness to forge new relationships.
  • Total and enthusiastic commitment to customer service, quality and taking care of the child.
