Job description

Long-Lewis Auto Group is looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to manage payroll processing for our dealerships and affiliated companies. Reporting directly to the Payroll Manager, the Payroll Clerk will play a key role in ensuring timely and accurate payroll for a diverse range of employees across multiple businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and manage payroll for dealerships within the Auto Group and sister companies
  • Maintain accurate payroll records and assist with reporting
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
  • Collaborate with the HR and accounting teams to resolve payroll-related inquiries

Ideal Candidate:

  • 3-4 years of payroll experience, ideally in a dealership or large corporate setting
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel is a must
  • Experience with UKG (UltiPro/Kronos) software is a plus
  • HR or Accounting background is a plus, though not required
