Job Description
 
A leading packaging company in Bardstown, Kentucky, is hiring for a 2nd shift Parts Washer Associate.  This role includes transporting parts to and from the washing area, moving items to the next stage of the production line, inspecting parts, loading and unloading parts into washing equipment.
 
Responsibilities:
 
  • Loading and unloading parts into industrial parts washing equipment
  • Transport parts to and from washing areas, moving items to next stage of the production line
  • Adjusting controls for temperatures and cycle time
  • Inspecting parts, quality inspections
  • Maintain accurate logs and records of daily results
 
 
Qualifications and Requirements:
 
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 3 years previous experience in a packaging or manufacturing role is preferred
  • Computer skills with basic data entry
  • Able to stand on feet the entire shift
  • Able to work a full-time schedule, with some OT offered
  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Must be able to train on 1st shift, 6am – 2:30pm
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment screening
