Supervisor | All Shifts | Full-Time

Pay Rate: $17 per hour with regular bonus opportunities

Key Responsibilities of Supervisors:

  • Ensure employees perform their duties as required
  • Monitor the maintenance and cleanliness of the facility
  • Monitor the safety of vehicles, customers, and employees
  • Report any vehicle accidents or employee injuries to management
  • Audit daily work of Parking Guest Attendants (PGAs) and Shuttle Drivers
  • Must be able to contact employees to fill shifts or personally cover a shift as needed
  • Comply with all regulations and requirements governing operation of commercial vehicles
  • Perform frontline positions such as Parking Guest Attendant, Shuttle Driver, and others as requested by Management
  • Perform additional duties and assists in other departments as reasonably requested by Management

Knowledge, Skills, & Experience of Supervisors:

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • High school education or equivalent; some college is preferred
  • Some supervisory experience preferred
  • Currently holds and is able to maintain a satisfactory driving record in accordance with the Employee Handbook
  • Currently holds all applicable licenses or badges as required by governing authorities to operate a commercial vehicle 
  • Must be willing to pass a physical as part of the selection process as required by airport, federal DOT and/or state regulations
  • Can read and speak the English language sufficiently to converse with the general public, to understand highway traffic signs and signals in the English language, to respond to official inquiries, and to make entries on reports and records in compliance with the DOT regulations that require these skills
  • Demonstrates leadership, communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds to assist with luggage with or without an accommodation
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel and Word is preferred
