Location: Peoria, IL (Onsite)
Employment Type: Full-Time /W2
Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled Palantir Developer to join our team supporting an enterprise-level Infosys engagement. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Palantir Foundry, data engineering, and application development. You will work closely with business stakeholders, data engineers, and solution architects to build scalable data pipelines, ontology models, and operational applications.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines using Palantir Foundry.
  • Build and optimize data ingestion, transformation, and integration workflows.
  • Develop and manage Ontology Models, Object Types, Actions, and semantic layers.
  • Create operational applications and dashboards using Foundry Workshop.
  • Work with structured and unstructured data from multiple enterprise sources.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and client stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
  • Implement data quality checks, lineage, governance, and monitoring.
  • Integrate Palantir Foundry with cloud platforms and enterprise applications.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, and deployment activities.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance.
Required Skills
  • 8+ years of overall IT experience.
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience with Palantir Foundry.
  • Strong expertise in:
    • Palantir Foundry Pipelines
    • Ontology Manager
    • Code Repositories / Code Workbooks
    • Workshop
    • Pipeline Builder
  • Proficiency in Python, PySpark, SQL, SparkSQL.
  • Experience with Apache Spark and large-scale data processing.
  • Good understanding of data modeling and ETL/ELT concepts.
  • Experience with Git, CI/CD, and Agile methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Nice to Have
  • Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Knowledge of TypeScript/JavaScript for Foundry Actions and applications.
  • Experience with REST APIs and microservices.
  • Exposure to AI/ML workloads within Palantir Foundry.
  • Palantir Foundry certifications.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Experience working with enterprise clients in Banking, Healthcare, Manufacturing, or Retail domains is preferred.
