Project Superintendent – Lead Field Operations & Drive Project Delivery with CBS Construction Services, Inc.

The Opportunity

Step into a pivotal leadership role as a Project Superintendent driving high-quality residential and commercial builds across the region. You will take full ownership of job site execution, leading field teams and subcontractor network to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget. How You Will Make an Impact

  • Direct all daily field operations, trade partners, and site personnel to ensure seamless execution.
  • Maintain rigorous construction schedules to consistently meet or exceed on-time completion targets.
  • Oversee site safety, daily quality control, and adherence to engineered plans and specifications.
  • Foster strong working relationships with clients, subcontractors, inspectors, and project managers.
  • Manage daily field logs, material deliveries, and progress reporting to ensure project transparency.
  • Resolve technical site challenges and logistics issues proactively to prevent project delays.


Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years of related leadership experience in general construction supervision.
  • OSHA 30 Certification 
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Proven track record of delivering residential and commercial projects on time.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and technical problem-solving skills.
  • Strong history of maintaining positive, productive relationships with clients and subcontractors.
  • Physically capable of safely performing the essential duties of the role.


Preferred Qualifications & Experience

  • Specialized safety and trade certifications including OSHA 30-Hour, Fall Protection, or Forklift certification and Lift Operations.
  • Demonstrated experience managing ground-up commercial and multi-family residential projects.
  • Strong proficiency with modern digital site management software and plan review tools.
