Superintendent – Lead High-Performance Field Operations and Subcontractor Teams


Job Overview:

  • Company: Complete Construction LLC.
  • Salary/Pay Rate: $85,000 - $110,000 Company performance bonuses available.
  • Location: Onsite - Shawnee, KS (Travel Projects with per diem).
  • Job/Employment Type: Full Time.
  • Schedule: Monday - Friday (Overtime required).
  • Mandatory Licences & Certifications: OSHA 30.


The Opportunity:

You will serve as the primary field leader, taking full ownership of job site execution and subcontractor management. This role is designed for a disciplined professional who leads with respect and values long-term growth within a stable, core-value-driven organization. You will be the face of the company on-site, ensuring that every project reflects our commitment to high integrity and professional excellence.


How You Will Make an Impact:

  • Directed daily field operations to ensure project milestones are achieved with consistency and discipline.
  • Cultivated strong relationships with subcontractors to earn buy-in and ensure high-quality workmanship.
  • Maintained rigorous job site organization and comprehensive documentation to track project progress accurately.
  • Communicated proactively with project managers and clients to provide transparent updates and manage expectations.
  • Resolved on-site challenges with a solutions-focused mindset, ensuring project momentum is never stalled by excuses.
  • Enforced strict adherence to safety protocols and OSHA 30 standards to protect all personnel on the job site.


Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a construction leadership or Superintendent role.
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Active OSHA 30 certification.
  • Proven ability to lead diverse subcontractor teams through professional influence rather than just authority.
  • Demonstrated experience in maintaining organized job sites and detailed field reporting.


Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

  • Strong background in commercial ground-up and retail construction environments.
  • High level of professionalism and integrity with a focus on long-term career stability.
  • Experience managing fast-paced schedules while maintaining a calm and disciplined leadership style.
