SCHEDULE FOR OUR OPERATIONS TECHNICIAN:
This full-time role follows a 12-hour 2-2-3 rotating schedule, alternating between four weeks of day shifts and four weeks of night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
YOUR ROLE AS AN OPERATIONS TECHNICIAN:
In this position, you'll monitor equipment performance, record important environmental readings, and collect samples throughout the production process. You'll analyze those samples in our modern lab to ensure quality standards are met, while also coordinating chemical and parcel deliveries.
In order to do this, you'll need the following:
  • Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Willingness to learn through on-the-job training
  • Ability to monitor equipment, record data, and handle samples

While experience is helpful, we've successfully trained individuals with no to some experience. We're looking for dependable, motivated individuals eager to grow.
