As an HVAC and Plumbing Operations Manager, you will dive into the details of field operations, overseeing both HVAC and plumbing teams. You will ensure jobs are delivered profitably, processes are followed, callbacks are minimized, and inventory is under control. You will be the go-to leader for technicians and field crews, driving operational discipline and holding everyone accountable to high standards. Your main focus will be on execution and process enforcement, ensuring the team consistently delivers quality work while protecting company margins. You will be the one who makes sure every project runs smoothly, every process is followed, and every customer gets the best service possible.
OUR IDEAL HVAC AND PLUMBING OPERATIONS MANAGER
  • 3+ years of experience in a field service operations leadership role
  • Experience managing technicians or field crews
  • Experience in improving operational processes and accountability
  • Strong focus on execution, operational discipline, and process enforcement
