LHH is partnering with a highly regarded law firm to find an experienced Commercial Litigation Paralegal to join its Austin office. This is a great opportunity to work closely with litigation partners on complex matters in a collaborative, flexible environment.
Why This Role?
  • Compensation: $87,000 - $128,000 (DOE)
  • Bonus: Discretionary + billable-based incentive
  • Hybrid Flexibility: 1-3 days in office, remainder remote
  • Schedule: Typically 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM with flexibility
  • Billable Requirement: 1,600 hours

What You'll Do
  • Support attorneys through all phases of complex commercial litigation
  • Manage case files, document production, and discovery workflows
  • Prepare for and attend trials, including travel as needed
  • Handle trial preparation, including exhibits, filings, and case organization
  • Utilize Relativity and OnCue for document review and production
  • Coordinate filings, discovery responses, and case strategy execution
What You Bring
  • 5+ years of commercial litigation paralegal experience
  • Trial experience is required
  • Strong proficiency with Relativity and OnCue
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and competing priorities
  • Experience in small to mid-sized firms preferred; AmLaw experience is a plus
  • Willingness to travel for trial preparation and attendance
