Job description

We are seeking a Senior Practice Support Specialist to serve as a strategic litigation technology partner to our attorneys and case teams. This role supports complex litigation matters across the full eDiscovery lifecycle - from early data strategy and processing through trial presentation. The ideal candidate is a highly collaborative team player who combines deep technical expertise with strong legal knowledge and a client-service mindset. This position is available in our Houston, Dallas, Chicago, Los Angeles, and San Francisco offices.

  • Partner closely with attorneys, paralegals, IT, and vendors to deliver seamless litigation technology support
  • Advise case teams on best practices across the full EDRM lifecycle
  • Lead complex eDiscovery workflows, including data processing, document review management, and productions
  • Provide hands-on trial support, including deposition synchronization, video clips, exhibit management, and in-court presentation
  • Serve as a consultative resource on defensible, cost-effective data management strategies
  • Act as a subject matter expert in litigation support tools and emerging technologies
  • Provide training and mentorship to team members
  • Participate in on-call support and provide after-hours assistance as required

  • Bachelor’s degree required (Information Technology, Computer Information Systems, or related discipline preferred)
  • Legal background required, with in-depth knowledge of litigation processes
  • Extensive experience supporting complex litigation matters
  • Strong proficiency in RelativityOne, Nuix, LAW PreDiscovery, and trial presentation software (OnCue preferred)
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure
  • Exceptional communication and client service skills
  • Highly collaborative team player with the ability to work independently
  • Willingness to travel and provide on-call support as needed
