We are in search of talented individuals to help open and grow our new Austin area offices.


The mission:

The Airway Dentists' mission is to provide exceptional dental care and rid the world of sleep disordered breathing. With offices in Houston and Austin, we provide orthodontic, sleep apnea, and general dentistry services. Our clinical team is led by our co-founders, Dr. Kyle Hale, Dr. Kalli Hale, and Dr. Matt Hicks. We are hiring a full-time Office Manager to join us in redefining the standard of care in dentistry.

The opportunity:

  • Full-time, paid Office Manager managing the office's non-clinical operations

The role:

  • Manage daily office operations including scheduling and patient flow
  • Main point of contact for HR within the office
  • Onboard and train new hires

  • Verify insurance, arrange financing, and process payment
  • Follow up with patients
  • Relay patient concerns to the clinical team
