Brigham-Gill Village CDJR is looking for an experienced Automotive Service Advisor / Writer to join their busy store.

Job Type: Full Time
Pay: $75,000-$125,000

Responsibilities

  • Greet every customer that enters our facility with hospitality and respect

  • Obtain the customersโ€™ and their vehicleโ€™s information

  • Determine and recommend needed maintenance, repairs and services based on the vehicle information and history

  • Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs

  • Oversee service orders & related documentation

  • Set service appointments and assign tasks to service department employees

  • Manage the storeโ€™s workflow and delegations to the service technician team

  • Communicate and update customers on the progress of their vehicle

  • Build long-term relationships between the store, yourself and the customer

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of automotive service advisor experience required

  • 21+ years old

  • Valid driverโ€™s license with good driving record

  • Proficient in using computer systems and software applications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Attention to detail

  • Team oriented

  • Ability to bend, move, lift and physically perform duties in the scope of this position
