If you are committed, caring and resilient and looking to make a difference, a career at SupportWorks is for you.The Role: Full Time Maintenance TechnicianWhat you'll do:Complete work orders and walk-through inspectionsEnsure all buildings and building systems are operating properlyPerform electrical repairs such as outlets, wall switches, light fixtures and circuitsPerform plumbing work such as cleaning pipe clogs, replacing fittings, stopping leaksRepair or replace glass, tile, cove base, fixtures, blinds, locks, doorknobs, hinges, etc.Paint interior surfaces and perform carpentry workReview supply and equipment inventory and place ordersComplete unit turnoversConduct quarterly inspections and preventive maintenance Maintain grounds Assist in 24-hour emergency maintenance and on-call rotationWhat We Offer: A comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental and vision plans starting after one month of employment.
