Job description

L&L Hawaiian Barbecue is a fast casual dining experience to Boulder, CO. L&L Hawaiian Barbecue is looking to hire a Full Time experienced Line Cook to work night shifts.
As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for ensuring that all dishes served to guests are cooked according to restaurant guidelines and standards of quality. The Line Cook is responsible for setup and breakdown of line/kitchen.
Benefits:
· Up to $22 per hour. Base Pay of $16 with pooled tips averaging $6+ per hour
· Medical, dental and vision options (full time employees)
· Free meal every shift over 3 hours


Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
· Stock and maintain sufficient levels of food products on service line to ensure a smooth service.
· Prepare and cook menu items per L&L Brand standards for quality, portion size, plating and presentation.
· Maintain kitchen safety and sanitation standards.
· Assist with the cleaning, sanitation, and organization of kitchen, food prep areas and storage areas.
· Adhere to all food and safety regulations.
· Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
· High school diploma/GED or equivalent work experience
· Previous line cook experience in a fast-paced restaurant setting
· Ability to follow recipes and procedures
· Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks
· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
· Ability to follow safety protocols
· Ability to lift and move heavy items
· Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
· Basic understanding of math and measurements
