We're looking for a passionate, driven individual whos ready to grow, hustle, and level up their culinary craft. If you show up on time, communicate like a pro, and thrive under pressurewe want you on the line.

What Youll Do

Prep Like a Pro:

  • Chop, dice, mince, and mixbring precision to every task.
  • Prepare sauces, weigh and measure ingredients with accuracy.
  • Maintain ingredient freshness and mise en place at all times.

Own the Cook Line:

  • Grill, saut, fry, bake, steamknow your way around all cooking methods.
  • Cook proteins and vegetables to temp and spec every time.
  • Garnish and plate with finesse, making each dish camera-ready.
  • Execute recipes with consistency, and uphold our quality standards.

Keep It Tight:

  • Keep your station clean, organized, and dialed-in throughout service.
  • Follow all food handling, storage, and sanitation protocols.
  • Minimize waste and manage your inventory smartly.

Be a Team Player:

  • Communicate clearly and oftenwith your fellow cooks and the chef.
  • Bring energy and collaboration to every shift.
