This role is ideal for a line cook who takes pride in technique, cleanliness, and teamwork, and who thrives in a fast-paced, chef-driven kitchen.

Position Summary

The Line Cook is responsible for preparing and cooking menu items to exact specifications while maintaining the highest standards of food quality, sanitation, and organization. You will work closely with chefs and fellow cooks to ensure smooth service and consistent execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook menu items accurately according to established recipes and standards
  • Execute made-to-order dishes efficiently during service
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation at all times
  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and handling procedures
  • Communicate clearly with chefs and supervisors throughout each shift
