Invo Healthcare, a proud member of The Stepping Stones Group, is seeking talented, full-time Speech-Language Pathologists to join our school-based services team in the East Aurora, IL area.

Professional License Requirements:
Applicants are required to have the following, legally mandated certifications. Applicants without these requirements will not be considered.
  • ASHA recognized Masters or Doctorate degree from CAA approved program
  • Active SLP license, authored in the state you're applying to
  • ISBE PEL with SL Endorsement

What to expect from this role:
Experience working in schools or with children is a plus but not required.
  • Implementing SLP therapy treatment for school-aged children with cognitive communication disorders, speech and/or language impairments or delays
  • Serving as a member of the Individualized Education Plan (IEP) Team for students with speech and/or language concerns
  • Maintain appropriate records through Invo's proprietary software
  • Coordinate with school personnel and parents to develop appropriate programs for eligible students
  • Ensuring all services are performed in accordance with state laws and regulations

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, walk, talk, hear, and reach with hands and arms.
