Job description

Warrior Insurance Network (WIN) is seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant to provide support to the Product & Actuarial Department. The individual in this position will be responsible for supporting the department in general administrative projects, assisting the operations of rate, rule, and form filings, communicating product changes to all areas of the organization, maintaining organization of pertinent files and preparing reports. The ideal candidate would possess a strong attention to detail, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to multi-task.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Help support Product Operations Coordinator with revision work:
    • Review and log marketing feedback for comments applicable to our products
    • Pull historical information on competitor filings and/or manuals
    • Prepare routine rate, rule and form filing submissions to state insurance departments, as needed
    • Monitor SERFF daily and update analysts on communication from DOI/save approved filings to revision folders
    • Update and maintain objection filing log
    • Distribute internal/external memorandums
    • Update manual libraries and various department logs with revision materials
    • Send approved manuals and filing to Lexis Nexis
    • Monitor SharePoint clean-up
  • Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information from a variety of data sources and distribute in timely manner
  • Assistant in coordinating monthly Chat & Chew presenters and topics
  • Maintain Various Department Libraries and Logs:
    • Competitor Filing Library; ensure catalogue of SNL filings are complete and current
    • Form Library by ensuring forms are current
    • Department Ticket log, SERFF Filing Fee log
  • Support Department Administrative initiatives including but not limited to:
    • Paylocity changes/requests
    • New Hire workspace organization and preparation for remote visits
    • Distribution of Absorb trainings
  • Provide support for various ad hoc requests as needed
  • Reports to Product Operations Coordinator

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Associate or bachelor's degree a plus
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work and multi-task in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
  • Good organizational, project management, and time management skills
  • Experience working in a collaborative, team-based environment
  • Goal oriented
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products
