Job description

We are looking for Inventory Specialists with experience in various types of inventory functions such as cycle counting, auditing, verification, investigating, and analyzing. If you have at least 2 years of experience in a full-time inventory role, consider joining us at our distribution site.


Your Role

Depending on your assigned area, you will monitor inventory accuracy, investigate causes of inventory discrepancies, conduct cycle counts or physical inventory, or use Excel to maintain complex spreadsheets. Reporting to a Supervisor, you will monitor inventory accuracy, investigate causes of inventory discrepancies, and lead physical inventory.


Your Responsibilities
  • Reconcile inventory and coordinate inventory procedures
  • Implement programs to audit returns and move returned product to its proper location
  • Process documentation to create a prompt credit transaction
  • Conduct system searches to locate products
  • Perform weekly cycle counts and make system adjustments
  • Maintain accurate records to help facilitate shortage detection
  • Inspect and correct inventory diagnostics
  • Work with management on implementing loss prevention programs and improving management of inventory
  • Work overtime and weekends when needed and perform other tasks as assigned

Your Skills and Experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of experience in inventory
  • 1 year of experience with maintaining complex Excel spreadsheets
  • Can work overtime and weekends
  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds
