Job description

The Austin Evans Agency of Farmers Insurance is a hiring for a high-growth, full-time insurance sales representative based in Denver, Colorado. You'll join an established agency as a full-time employee with a competitive base salary and uncapped commission potential selling auto, home, life, and commercial insurance to clients across the Metro Denver area.

This is a metrics-driven inside sales role with daily prospecting expectations. If you perform well in structured environments, hold yourself to high standards, and want to build a long-term career in insurance, this is the opportunity worth considering.

Compensation:

Responsibilities

A Day in the Life of an Inside Sales Representative:

  • Open each day with a team huddle to align on goals and activity targets
  • Prospect and follow up with leads via outbound calls and referrals
  • Build quotes for auto, home, life, and commercial insurance across Farmers' product lines
  • Conduct needs-based conversations to match clients with the right coverage
  • Maintain accurate client records and track activity in agency systems
  • Work toward individual production targets while contributing to team goals

Requirements

Required:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong communication skills written and verbal
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Self-directed work ethic with a consistent focus on hitting targets
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Willingness to obtain Colorado P&C and/or life and health insurance licenses (licensing support provided)

Preferred:

  • Prior sales or customer-facing experience
  • Existing Colorado insurance license (P&C, life, or health)
