Responsibilities
  • Manage customer interactions with the Agency.
  • Training provided to manage customer database.
  • Help manage lead systems.
  • Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program.
  • Integrate customer onboarding systems.

Requirements
  • Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
  • Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
  • Prior customer service experience preferred.
  • A Property & Casualty insurance license is preferred. Willing to train. Licensing assistance available.
  • A Life & Health Insurance license is preferred.
  • Spanish bilingual is a bonus.
