WHAT IT'S LIKE TO BE OUR INSURANCE AND SCHEDULING COORDINATOR

This is a full-time position. Shifts vary but fall within business hours:

  • Monday, Wednesday, Thursday: 7:30 AMโ€“5:00 PM (with a 1-hour lunch)
  • Tuesday: 8:30 AMโ€“6:00 PM
  • Friday: 8:00 AMโ€“12:00 PM

As our Insurance and Scheduling Coordinator, you'll work closely with patients to verify insurance coverage and assist them in understanding their benefits, ensuring the financial health of the practice by following cash flow procedures. You'll also be the backbone of our scheduling system, ensuring every slot is filled efficiently while maintaining a positive and welcoming environment for everyone who walks through our doors.
