The ideal candidate already holds an active Property & Casualty insurance license and is ready to hit the ground running.   • Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
  • Develop new Financial Services opportunities.
  • Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program.
  • Return all phone messages promptly.
  • Generating insurance quotes.

Requirements

Active Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance License in Michigan (required)

Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.

Confident, self-starter who works well independently.

Must be highly self-motivated.

Works well with other employees and is a team player with a positive attitude.

Be capable of handling customer rejection.

Proven sales experience (insurance sales preferred)

Strong communication and closing skills

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

Comfortable working on the phone for extended periods

Tech-savvy and proficient with computers, CRM systems, and quoting tools

Strong organizational and time management skills
