Joyce Biddle Farmers Insurance is a full-service agency based in Lakewood, Colorado, with a track record of strong performance and consistent growth. We're hiring a full-time Insurance Sales Professional to join our team someone who's ready to build a real career in insurance sales with a base salary, uncapped commission potential, and a team that invests in your success.

This is a phone-based, inside sales role. You'll spend most of your day quoting auto, home, and life insurance policies, following up with prospects, and converting leads into clients. If you're comfortable on the phone, motivated by metrics, and looking for a role where your effort directly impacts your paycheck, this position is worth a close look.


Compensation:

  • Variable Compensation: Uncapped commission plan, 50% of all new business commissions
  • Fixed Compensation: $40,000 base salary

Responsibilities

A Day in the Life of an Inside Sales Professsional:

  • Participate in a daily team huddle to align on goals and priorities
  • Generate insurance quotes for prospective clients via phone
  • Follow up with leads and guide them through the sales process from first contact to bound policy
  • Build and maintain positive client relationships that support retention and referrals
  • Collaborate with teammates to hit shared sales targets across auto, home, and life lines
  • Meet individual production metrics on a consistent basis

Requirements

Required:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
  • Self-directed work style with the ability to manage daily goals independently
  • Willingness to obtain a Colorado P&C insurance license (we'll guide you through the process)
  • Commitment to ethical, professional conduct in every client interaction

Preferred:

  • Prior experience in insurance sales, phone sales, or a customer-facing sales role
  • Existing Colorado P&C or Life & Health license
