Responsibilities
  • Meet or exceed sales goals established by management
  • Develop strong relationships with existing and new customers
  • Provide quotes, review coverage options, and assist customers in selecting the best policy for their needs
  • Handle customer inquiries and objections by advising and educating them.
  • Obtain new business through referrals, networking, warm leads, and any other sources provided.

Requirements
  • Be willing to obtain a Property and Casualty License
  • Sales experience is a PLUS!
  • Bilingual is a bonus.
  • Basic computer software knowledge
  • Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
  • Professional office and phone etiquette
  • Works well with other employees and is a team player with a positive attitude.
